Belleza is just giving some helpful advice, so you'll know what to do next time... But I think you haven't done the conform-o-hair that much before, so there isn't much to worry about...
And it's easy to see that you're on the practice board. Not many people use 200x200 size pic-windows. =p
I can't remember what it is like using the practice board... Not too well, anyhow.
I only used to use this one, and at rare occasions, large and others.
Now I rarely use Practice... I kinda miss it... But my pics need more room to breathe, since my stupid lineart is too thick, and whatnot... Sigh.

The only thing I see is the eye style... Maybe you could find a tutorial for eyes somewhere? Those might help...

wow,this what the old toonami used to be, all the way in 2003, NOW look at toonami today, the robot is goofy and doesnt compare to this one, and the only show on toonami is naruto, which got boreing about 5 months ago. sorry for the little speach, lol xD very nice drawing
