or hanging by a thread...

leaving tomorrow for my 'week in the beach house' vacation on a brownish greenish water maybe a few oil spills in view (Exxon employed my Daddy and fed me for most of my life so can't complain 'bout that part) Texas beach (lol) with long time friends and it comes not a moment too soon... figured if I didn't mention something about it at least one person here who has noticed I am obsessive compulsive about drawing here almost every day would think I had died or something when they don't see any pictures posted by me. I'm sure I'll be in major 2draw withdrawal by the time I get back. Have to throw some more bikinis and t-shirts in my suitcase and then I'll try to finish drawing this.

Thanks ya'll.... I'm back! I didn't draw pictures in the sand, but I sculpted a fabulous mermaid out of sand with my best friend and my nieces... she was a total babe and she turned into a tourist attraction... ppl came from miles down the beach to see her and take pictures. (She was really comical, actually, seaweed hair and everything) I was afraid I'd have terrible 2-draw withdrawal, but was having so much fun I didn't think about it once till somebody got out a laptop last night and I had to just log on and see the welcome page.) lol

This is cool! I like the colors, they work well together. The hair stands out a bit, which is great.
I like the background, looks like marble flooring or something. Nice job :)

very cute, i like her overall design, and the color choices. and the little swipe of pink/peach on her face is quite nice too, looks maybe like a scar even. cute ears, i love those type of ears with tufts of hair (but only on animal ears)

Lately I've been wanting to collab more. So, somebody out there collab with me, or I'll go nuts. ^_^;;; Okay, so maybe not go nuts, but I'll get bored or.....something. I wouldn't mind coloring some lineart. Hint hint. I'm happy drawing line art too.

I agree with zack, and yes. It reminds me Of mooseflower's style too. I think its the way you colored.
Anyways, so far it looks good, mabby a bit more detail in the skin, and a little more shading. Still lookin good ;)

Hmm, this one brings to mind rebirth. The bird looks like a phoenix and even though the guy is clothed in darkness, he looks as if he's starting to smile as he looks at the bird.
