Many times I come across absolutely stellar art here on 2draw.net and wonder what serves as inspiration to the most of you. Is it food? Is it anime? Is it animals? I would love to hear what are the muses of your illustrations and how it came about to be that way.

i like the shading and lineart on his face. but i think the thicker lines should match more with the facial lines... besides that its splendid!

I was trying for the sort of effect I can get in Photoshop with the thick lines, but apparently that only works if you have pressure sensitiity. I may go back in and fix them up a bit.

Art Colleges in California?

I'm thinking about not going to the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Supposedly, they don't even take portfolios. As long as you have a big check, you're in. So they let anyone in with money. Do you have any good reccomendations for a college in California? I can't afford to go out of state. Do you know of a place with a nice city-scenery? Somewhere that's fun and exciting? Somewhere that will be worth the money that's put into it and where the teachers can give you the proper inpu...

hello everyone, Mai is dying of the stomach flu but she was forced to go to school by her parents, so currently, she is in imaging class, dying, and vomiting up stomach acid every few minutes, so she decided to draw you all a happy happy picture :D

You look.. exactly how I feel. x_X; I don't get little "sick days" on a school day, I can't go to the nurse when I really need to (Because the nurse it never there), I get so hungry that I feel like throwing up, it feels like 30'F in the whole school. -rambles on and on and on-.
