Death Note: Near

I finished Death Note on Friday, so I decided to come draw Near. I was going to have Mero and L in there, too, which is why the sketch took so long, but I decided against it (otherwise known as "I failed")

Oh yeah, and I stole Kimchii's (Kimkim :P) style for this one. Hope you don't mind.

OMFG THIS IS SO CUTE!!!! XD wahhh i never read deathnote.. i dunno if i want to or not XD its not really my kind of manga.. but who knows ^^;;;
AWWW OF COURSE I DONT' MIND thers tons of styles like that in this world!! XD and i'm trying out different styles too! haha XD its good to try different things to see what ur most comfortable with! ^__^!

Well you certainly are a master of the detail. I keep going through all of it only to find something new. Love your style True, masterfully done.

I'm getting used to seeing girly boys, (good God did I say that?)

Only thing I think that takes away from it is the lettering.

I can't believe this doesn't have more comments. It's wonderful, I love all the little details (I love detail) Really makes you look closer to see what you missed. You think it would be busy but it isn't. Only thing I can't figure out is that a tree the young lady's carrying on her back? *ouch* The flowers, the folds of the clothes, that pretty scroll work on the bottom. All the designs on the clothes. This has it going on. Really deserves more attention. Might be the details are throwing people off but I think it's well done.

Waii, this style is super neat and pretty~ I especially love the face. The eyes are my favorite part in the whole piece, though. They seem to stand out the most for me.

dont' listen to torchic XD this is soo intermediate worthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i've seen a lot of crap *cough cough my stuff, including some others >_>;;;* on intermediate and this is WAYYY BETTER THAN THEM,.. so yeah lol consider that! XD

Agreed, this could be intermediate, it all depends on where an artist wants to color, I use begginers and intermediate a lot so it's that, and yes skill as well.
