It looks all right, but the rougher grey lines in the background kinda take away from the picture...

I suggest you use a lighter color for the sketch so you can differentiate it from the lineart. And oekaki-shi might work better if you want smoother line art. |

You can colour it Miss Marini, it is better if you use the layers beneath, but please leave the hair uncoloured because I have an idea.

Purdy! I just love how you do your coloring, xod. it's like nothing i've seen before. lol it's really neat how you made the hair as if it was part of the background considering how it's like the sky and the trees as if I was looking at something invisible. But the real background is the one that looks like out in space. It's a neat illusion. This is a neat idea and great job, both of you!!

I bumped onto this board in my search for a new oekaki home and oh god, I love Lascaux X3 anywayz, it's 7 hours cos i went on and off the comp and my first pic was...somehow...eaten alive and uhh.. yeah. Hope I can come over here more often X3

I've had her in my head for awhile now.. you know the original mermaids with red hair and green body.. well i wanted it reversed so she would have red on the body and have greenish seaweed hair (yea you guessed it right dreaminSTARgirl7 ^_^) Anyway i kept the background simple cause i didn't wanna go into detail...*didn't really know how to yet >.>* Hope you all like!! =)And no the drawing didn't take that long, i left the puter alone for awhile.. it was bad!! ^_~
