Not supposed to be anybody really, just a painting. (I think I do better with hair when I paint it than when I just sketch it.)

Am I finished? I don't thinks so yet... I still want to do a few things...(shortening the forehead being a major one.)

Last edit, I think I need to work on eyes a bit. Anybody thought of a good title?
JesusFreak89 (Jan 22, 2005)
It's good man, I like the hair, and she kind of reminds me of Cindy, Terry's wife

JesusFreak89 (Dec 26, 2003)
It doesn't seem to let me work on my unfinished drawings for some reason, has anybody else had this problem?

Definitely unfinished!

For some reason it's not letting me finish it so I'm just gonna enter it like this..

woah, it's like getting shot on shrooms. the gun could have some more detail. always a good idea to have refrence material anyways.

Oh and hey, do you also use your name for aim? Do you know luckidukirachi?
JesusFreak89 (Dec 26, 2003)
Nah to neither...Thanks for the comment :-)

Drugs are bad.
boblaff (edited Dec 27, 2003)
There's is something happening here
What it is aint exactly clear
there's a man with a gun over there
telling me I got to beware
better stop hey what's that sound
every body see what's going down....
good foreground background...the blur of the
background implies distance..but the bright colors
brings them forward again, usually colors loose there intensity
with distance. The resulting picture gives a Picasso cubist feel of space
treatment. Although the hand and the gun are two dimensional, I like
the contrast with the somewhat 3 dimensional background pretty
complex composition but I do like the results :) Very Nice!

welcome to 2draw! i like his gloves ^__^.
this reminds me of something...
Childlike_Vampire (Dec 19, 2003)
The Phantom of the Opera? lol..have no clue, I just know the songs. The gloves are pretty cool, and I like how the mask looks kinna shiny. More shading and a less simple bg would be nice, but it's still nice.

finished I guess... though there is still a little bit of ghost shading around the edges and depth highlights...
JesusFreak89 (Dec 11, 2003)
sorry I couldn't do anything
MC.Cracka (Dec 12, 2003)
good rock feel and shading, might want to fix up the lines though
Coolsoft (Dec 13, 2003)
I do want to, but I set it to finished already. And I really don't want to fix every single flaw in it, at that rate, it would take forever.

Ooh veddy nice boobage *lick*
Is her neck too short? prolly just me. Niiice shading as well. *nodnod*
Welcome ^^
Parelis (edited Dec 11, 2003)
Thanks for the warm welcome! To respond to you all:
Lascaux is a sweet app, I was just referring to oekaki in general; I'd never tried it before and didn't realize how a few pixels made such a huge difference when you've only got a 300x300 space to work with. I've got even more respect for the people who do amazing things on these boards now.

I'm still feeling out how things work here, so I figured I'd submit this to beginner to be safe. I'm glad you think it's good enough for a higher level board.

Her neck seems kinda wide now that you mention it. That's one of the things you stop noticing when you stare at something for an hour straight I guess.
furyofroy (Dec 11, 2003)
I think her neck is the right size; the furry collar just makes it seem a little thick.

A collab. *shrugs* 'kay, JesusFreak89, your turn. I'm imagining a pretty shady office.

If there are any major problems with the lineart, I could fix that up...stupid feet...*pokes them*

I wasn't exactly sure of how to shadow the curtains so you might have to do that Jasan....I was think that we could make the wallpaper really ugly and peeling. What do you think?

For some reason there are splotches on the curtains..
Jasan (Dec 9, 2003)
Ah, shade with halftones, I meant, but I guess it's better just to avoid that for this pic. ^_^ Ah, and the "Ilight" was a filler poster at the time...I think it would look better as a picture frame, eh? The wallpaper thing is a good idea...I'll do that when I come in and shade the curtains and fix up the lines a little. ^_^
JesusFreak89 (Dec 10, 2003)
Sounds good to me. :)

I cleaned up the strangely jagged lines, but I had to get rid of a lot of your coloring, JF. >_< I mimicked your colors as closely as I could; when you do the rest of the undercoloring, can you do it on a separate layer from the lines? ...thanks. ^_^

Yea its neat.
The hair is awsome.
The tones are cool too.!
mazi (Dec 10, 2003)
all the action were getting from you lately are quickies. and look! barely any foreplay time. so shameful. XD
Coolsoft (Dec 16, 2003)
Umm, I might offer a suggestion, you might try using either the airbrush or the watercolor tool and adjusting the opacity instead of using the halftone shading.(Unless of course halftones re your art style.)
marcello (Dec 16, 2003)
you might want to look at her userboard.
