As much as i really like when drawings are simple and dont have every detail of the photo, i think that in this case the little hairs are necessary.. that they actually made that photo so neat. i mean, just look at his hat (which im sure has a name)

Traits: His name says it all, some what dumb and retard, child like actions, sweet in some times, trouble maker, can't actually know what to spect from him, dangerous when in anger, loves to prank people in a really bad way, one thing for sure keep your heart away from this beast.......Loves to steal hearts from people......>:D

Story: Wacky came out of no were thats for sure......8*
One thing from him, he is the bestes friend ever of I.T.....Always together when pranking victims, having fun or just being friends.....:D
Waky is known to be a heart stealer as well a wacko, but from all of that he is just dumb, one thing is that Wacky supposed to be I.T's rival to death but for some reason he forggot his mission to procced and just became I.Ts friend, but don't count on that for so long that one day Wacky will regain his memories back again and when that day comes will see how much of a friendship will hold this two, will they be still friends as always or will they follow their orders and kill each other till the end..........D:

One thing about Wacky he is 6'4 feet tall wille I.T is just 4'11 feet tall.........8* yes life is not fair........>:D

Note* Wacky's hat is alive, he bites and eats, but won't talk, as well keep away from it he steal hearts too......

That's what they say about him............
One day at college I was mining my on busines carrying my note book full of my works..."mostly sketches and doodles"...>:D
and there was in a corner a bunch of so called "Otaku Girls" witch consisted of girls who were a huge fans of anime specially pretty boys.......8*
But then one of them knew me and came to me saying : Hey don't you draw anime like drawings or something?.....
and I say: Well yeah kind of if you call my pictures anime or what ever.......<:D?
Then the girls haded their eyes all fulled of sparkles thinking that I was some king of pretty girls or pretty guys artits for some kind, then one of them snatched my note book to see out of curiosity to see my work, all of them were all highper active and giggling all crazy like to see the pictures..........D:>
But what was their surprice.........>:D They saw all of this uggly looking military guys and a bunch of furry like characters, they were all like: Eeeeeew........what is that?.....Military?........You like to draw military?..............OMG.........Seriously.........
I sayd: Whats brong with my characters?...........
Them: The're ugly.........D:<
Me:....................,O^O oh.......
They were all complaining on why I don't draw all of those pretty buys like Roy Mustang, or Tuxedo Mask or someting.... no they say I draw special aided people like this guy that he was the most horrofying good guy character they have ever seen............DX>
That crushed my heart big time, but still its my work and my style so shubel it in to your.......... well you know .... if you don't like it.....>:D

She looks great, very easy to recognise. The only 2 things that could be improved are a background and brighter coloured lips.
