Well, in the series, theres this colonel, Roy Mustang to be exact. He wants to be the best, and his goal, is when he is fuher, or leader, all female personel in the millitary will have to wear mini-skirts.
First Lieutenant Riza Hawkeye, a female officer, dosn't like this idea, and its sort of a joke among some of us Fullmetal Alchemist fans to think Roy may give Hawkeye a mini-skirt, as a 'gift'. Her reaction.. She'd probally flip. o.o;
