Because it's a doll. No spriteness... No.

None.

And should be quite exceptional as dolls go, once I'm finished :D

As I stated, it is a doll, not a sprite... but since if this were to go to the sprite board, and the sprite board is intermediate to begin with, t'wouldn't be robbery to set it's place here.
---

Yay! Finished! Like I said, didn't take ANYWHERE near as long as the timer says. Kept wandering away from the screen. I don't have very good concentration sometimes ^^;

But I do love it so.
Finally something new for my pixel-work folder.

I only mentioned it since you said open to suggestions. :-)
I generally try to give suggestions when I can, so my posts aren't completely empty and pointless.

heea... Now lets see someone do pixel-by-pixel work with A tablet (and.or Oekaki shi-painter), and THEN lets see if they still hate mice (And.or lascaux sketch)...

that is cool. ish so renasaincie
Harmanye (Nov 8, 2003)
Marcello: Yeah, it kinda -feels- mouse-centric.

HJ: I believe its spelt renaissance. But t'is a silly word. Thank'ee for the comment. It seems there isn't much pixelworking around here, some, not much. Mostly on icons, obviously... I'll be quiet now.

I like your pixel-by-pixel work! I don't know how to do pixel-by-pixel art, but I think it's very detailed and I like the style. I kinda wish more people had detail in their pics like this (not necessarily pixel-by-pixel). A few people on this site do have great detail in their pics, though. Hmm. Great job!
Harmanye (Nov 9, 2003)
I have a headstart on pixelation actually, I'm what is known as a 'Doller', and I always pixel shaded. Except instead of just shading stuff, when I make this sort of thing I draw everything.
But too much detail makes a picture look 'Busy' of course, so one must be careful about that too.

Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it ^_^

By this time my lungs were aching for air

More pixel work. Knock and hour off the timer, I ate :)

There -is- a window in the room! Trust me; it's there.

Comments, criticism, suggestions, bad poetry, insults, sarcasm, cynicism, and/or flattery; all welcome. ~_^

Amuy: "butta" eh? I'll... take that as a complement... :) Glad you like it. Not quite sure about 'vehclimed'... any synonyms?

She looks scared. What is she running away from? (Or is she calling sanctuary in some cathedral-type building?)

eeepp, pixel shading, pixel work, every inch.

I wouldn't let it alone, I tried to do everything I could without making the picture look too messy, maybe I'll tackle something bigger next time I do pixel art. The floor is marble, in case you coulnd't tell. ^^;;

Thanks Eliafin, seeing as how I don't have a life, and nothing better to do anyway, It's easy for me to find the time :)

Marcello: Okay, I'll do that, thank you :)

Okay... I think it's fixed now... C-and/or-C?

Wow, that's good!! I wouldn't have the patience to do something like this!! I love the colors.

Edit: Oh the marble looks much better now. ^_^
marcello (Sep 2, 2003)
It looks good overall, but I'd suggest lowering the contrast on the stones considerably, they stand out too much.
