Well I was trying to get the shape of things down(hense the sillouhette) and I could not get it to turn out quite how I wanted it to. I think that I still managed the feel I wanted though.Not sure if this should be here or beginner-either works for me

the neon makes it intense-good use of color. The whole shadow thingy's kinda cool too

I'd say its pretty good...I mean I think that there could be some refinement (but who doesn't need to refine their work). I love the whole idea though...kind of the "energies" colliding. Also there is a little bit of question of sex (as in gender), which I find very interesting.

There is? Uh the one on the bottom is a girl and the one on the top is a guy. There should be no gender confusion. He is more calm passionate-hense the calmer color and she is more intense hense her position and color.

Well I assumed that the bottom was female, but I also second guessed, because of the colors, as well as the face. In general people associate or use (not trying to say this is the only way obviously), but Reds, purples, pinks are feminine, and blues, greens masculine. Even if I didn't interpret this piece the way you intended I still like it. |

I have the tools to do it. I just cannot think of anything to draw. I think that I am getting better with this applet.

mine too lol. very dirty and old but still good like how simple the picture is it lets your mind wonder with what sould happen next sorry if i looked to deep i took a 19 century art class and um ya......*wonders off*

haha thanks you guys. Maybe if I had more good ideas my pallet would be messier...hm there is a thought. Maybe if I just make it messy a thought will come to me :)

This truly rocks, really great drawing. I especially like the little shines on the globs of paint, it really makes them look wet. Nice job, keep on workin, you'll surprise yourself, I can tell. :D |

It was an idea from the idea board.'you could be drawing a Cello saying "Would you like fries with that"' I tried a different applet and it was hard but I like the tools

This is ispired by a song from The Secret Garden called Lily's Eyes. It's such a pretty song. I didn't mean to use the intermediate board on my second picture but I needed the room for it. Please tell me how I can do better.

whoa that's really weird-I was singing that song all yesterday-it IS a good song...this is pretty good for a second picture-it looks kinda charcol-y but maybe you meant it to be that way...good job^^edit: I just saw the lily in the pupil! That's tight

These are the gollywogs. They come in two different shapes and...1..2..3..4..uh well a lot of different colors! I actually didn't create them so I can't take credit for that part, and I wish that I couldn't take credit for the background either. I was out of ideas so all I have is this neon thing.

hah, you are right. Some strains of turtle are still around from the dino age, but not many of the mutant ones. Anyway, what I like about this picture is that you drew something that doesnt happen in real life that is funny. Art is a lot of fun when you can make up your own reality. Nice,.
