done for 30 character challenge....came up with because that is what we used to call Abby when she was littler :) We could swear she had 8 arms with as fast as she could grab things and she was attracted to light LOL

LOL She rarely would wear them. You could get her dressed and she'd be stripped 5 min later LOL So kinda fit with the character :P :D |

This work speaks to something inside of me. There is something craving/possessed, almost sexual with the way the mouth is parted and the hand clawing against the side of the face. I really like the way the hand is done!

It is a powerful piece. I find it disturbing but I'm still not sure why. I agree that there seems to be something sexual about it. I think it's the blindfold and the title that give me that impression. I go back and forth between seeing the hand and the 'red' (blood? raspberry jelly?) as sensual/savoring to seeing it as clawing/fear/insanity. Then I think...is it about a person who is refusing to see something base (violence? greed?) or unwanted in their own nature? Regardless, it's great to be able to produce a piece that draws the viewer in and invites them to give the image an interpretation. Congrats.

This is really pretty!! I like how you made it so the background is blurred making the detail in the foreground pop out more.

Was just in the mood to draw. Not my normal dragon (the head anyway) but thought it was sort of interesting. Will work on it some more later.

This is my favorite addiction when I can get the youngest to lay down for a few. :P I'm a sucker for using Lascaux I can't seem to retrain myself using any of the others.
