Y'know, I never commented on this, but I keep going back to it and staring at it for a bit. So I thought it deserved a comment. I'm not a big commenter, but if something makes me say something out loud then I usually do comment. However, despite the fact that I had no vocal outbursts, I still really love this and I thought you should know that.

Holy poop. :o I'm finished. I was listening to his stuff recently to. I never really realized how unique to him and the band their music is. I don't think it's possible to get the same sound as the band did with the same music. Like the Chevy Silverado commercial that came out in the late 90's that used a remade version of "Voodoo Chile", it sucked. The recording quality, placement of instruments, solos, and vocals are done in such a way that the music doesn't sound cheesy, even though it really is. Frank Zappa has that flare for writing and performance as well. No shit, they're musical ninja's, but I think few people appreciate the work & experience that goes into such music.I really like your portraits of musicians. Especially the one you did of Bill Bruford. :)

maybe it is finished. Maybe, but you can't tell people what to do. Before I wrote this third sentence, I sat here for a long time with my fingers on the home keys thinking and listening to the radio. All I did before I wrote this sentence was scratch my head, so it was right after the third one, no waiting really.

I don't suppose anyone here might know anything about this flower? My wife, Niphaphone, has been growing this plant (it's from someplace in asia. Supposed to be good luck) for over two years. She said that it's tradition or folklore that if one want's this plant, they must steal it, because if the owner of it chooses to give it to someone, they are giving all their luck away.
