i look in the mirror and i wonder where ive gone,reflections of who i used to be flicker, slowly fade. i will keep searching for the answer, but as the time drags on, i realize that this may be the new me...the one that God has made. and i cry hmm, out of space. just a cathartic piece really...tried to write to go with it, but it doesnt sound that good. oh well...ill think about it later...

I think I understand your writing. Scares me, but I do. So now you go look at Shelly in the mirror and tell her you love her! Seriously... tell her until she believes you mean it. And this picture is wicked. In a good sort of way. Sometimes doing art can really help you find out alot about yourself. And sometimes it helps you to heal. I could just keep looking at this forever, it is so ... I can't describe it. It's deep, for sure. The eyes really knock me out. |

This is from a Boris Vallejo painting called "Vampi". I changed the backgtound fromthe original (didn't like the bat). Just a humble nod to Boris's great stuff.

Boris Vallejo is one of the best painters (alive) I've ever seen, if you people don't know his works, check it out... Great job there Axil. :-)

This is interesting, I like the way you can't see the face and it appears the hand is pressing against glass. Very neat.

well it went all loopy on me. i was in the process of adding a layer for the bg and i dunno..i must have pressed a wrong button cos i couldnt add anymore to it. so i just saved it knowing i prolly went over the limit already...shes cute eh?

I'm not sure exactly what this is, but I really like it, especially the eyes. This is my, erm, third time using a draw applet, so hopefully, I'll improve. The background really messy, but I messed up on the layers, so...

2nd one of the zodiac series: Libra"One of the goblet holds life, the other contain deadth. I watch them coming to me and begging for a sip. I shed all my tears till blood filled my eyes. Little did they know, death can be a blessing, while the life without love will make you a living dead." a little background story for this character: she was sick and her lover stole this sweet nectar which will grand immortality. As a punishment, her lover died and though she may live, she has to hold the goblets contain life and death.

Whatever you did, you got it just right. Wonderful depth and perspective on the arms, cup's not flat, and I love the way the robe is *gauzey* looking. I like wicked art stuff, never drew any.... maybe I should try something evil? A sunny, flowery picture.... with something EVIL! lol

playing around with my tablet now that i got my computer after the shop and got pressure senssativity working....stilll dont have the hang of it but i am working on it!

yeah i am trying to get into a new style of art and the tablet makes it look a but paintish ^^; its also one of my first times using the lascaus sketch so i think it is fairly good for using two completly two new programs to me

I think it's very nice. Takes a while to get used to a tablet - if you don't like the watercolor paint look of it, darker opacities will fix that.
