It is really hard to draw with a mouse (compared to a pencil) >.< Think I will have to practice much more....It's not finished, perhaps I used the wrong board, it's difficult to colorize with only two layers 0.o Sorry for being not very creative ^^" Criticism is much welcome ! I'm still new to drawing.

A quick few pieces of constructive criticism, her hand seems to be going too deep into her hair, in short, it kinda looks like shes reaching into her head, second, her eyes are going over her hair, I know it's popular in Anime and such, but it really bugs me, third, her stomach kinda seems to a bit sunken in, Please try not do these in future pictures. |

The shape of the face is wierd and she has no forehead. Although i really like the colors you used on the shirt. youre getting much better! :)

Try using different layers to color, like, draw the out-line on one layer, then draw the color on the layer under it.Revamped! The angel of death XD

You guys get to fill in those windows! Make it whatever you want, but I want variety. I don't want all anime, I don't want all macabre. SPREAD IT OUT. See something someone already did that's a lot like what you plan to add, either change the idea or put it in a window on the other side of the building. Make it awesome, loves! :)
