davincipoppalag (Sep 25, 2004)
Hey~ Excellent job on this one monk~
Cordelia_Pink (Sep 29, 2004)
This one is probably the best one, I'd say, you've done so far. The dark background really goes well with the dark shadows on his suit and the way you highlighted parts as well, really makes this picture look great.
ak.to.v.his.di (Feb 5, 2005)
this is awsome! the shading and coloring and yes... even the webbing on his suit (which i know took forever) is really good. i love this. ^_^
Spiderman rocks! :P

THIS looks pretty good. Just a few minor errors. And I say that because I thought Edward looks like a really interesting character. His appearance may look a bit eccentric but that's part of what makes him LOOK really interesting.

His cheek is a little chubby but close enough. His lips need to be a little thinner though and the chin needs to be a little sharper. So far, it looks like him. Well, you can tell that the make up and the rest of his features is Edward. It almost looks like another actor playing him rather than Johnny Depp. But I guess I'm just picky. I really like this movie though. You did great on the shadows, and the different tones. His eyes looks look great. Maybe you should have left the reflection of him on the blades to add more effect. I dunno. It looked better that way though.

Anyhow good job. Keep up the good work. Oh and the white particles as in the "snow" in the background, that's awesome! I liked that scene where he was sculpting an angel from ice and it created all those white particles. That was neat.
Asridaein (Sep 30, 2004)
THis is the best picture of edward scissorhands I have ever seen. YOU ROCK! Kudos.

had to cover that FACE. it was a nightmare I had a few weeks ago... I thought I'd just have the zig-zag road showing because it leads to something interesting, although anyone would interpret it differently...

This was going to be a 15 minute portrait but Bob was hard to draw, so I kept drawing him until it looked enough like Bob that one could look at this drawing and say "hey, that looks like Bob"

Old bob? Is it twin peaks we're talking about here?
dorothyblueeyes (Mar 24, 2012)
is this Mao Tse Tung? In his decrepit old age? Anyhow, you made him more beautiful than he should be. Hee hee. What are you, one of the gang of four? Or five or six? Or are you just home on the plane of mainland China? Did you ever used to read "Young lust" I think that was the name of the comic? They had a great "step forward" along with young lust on the mainland, politically correct no less. Great picture fantastic, I'm not worthy, but I don't really care. Ha ha fantastic keep it up.

Gigge (Oct 8, 2004)
I like the way you do metal. The reflections are so nice, and the scratch and pock marks. Very nice.

Ever since Deadly Blond Archer drew the clown doll I've been wanting to draw my own old doll. I find them interesting and creepy. Thanks Cindy for the inspiration. Found this image on Google somewhere.

eugh... dolls scare the pants off me. and yet... there is a horrible fascination. like looking at a train wreck, or a horror movie. i love all the little details you put in on the face and the window (it's a window to me, anyway).
Pence (Sep 27, 2004)
wow this is creeply awesome. good idea
Aubrey (Sep 27, 2004)
Dolls always have, and always will, scare the life outta me. This one is just too freaky behind the bars just staring.
Anna (Oct 1, 2004)

yeah, Kasha's cherry was much better...or should i say "cheery"?
Shmoopy (edited Sep 27, 2004)
It was better, but I wasn't going for perfection. Got it?

Oh, and I had a spelling lapse. Forgive me, all of you perfect people out there. I'm so envious.
Anna (Oct 1, 2004)
hahah.. backfired.
Xodiak (Nov 15, 2004)
Kasha's cherry was sexy. It aroused me. >:)
This cherry is good too, but the digimon looks more sexy. >:D

Just a sketch. Didn't take me nearly as long as it says I did. I originally started drawing something different... but was struck with a flash of an image, and decided to draw it. So... Are there any skewed shadows or angles? Suggestions welcome. When I step back and look, the right eye look like it should be shifted, which I will probably do. But... comments? criticism?

very very nice iwonderwhy. I love black and white as much as color. Alot of nice soft highlights and modeling on the face.
davincipoppalag (Sep 26, 2004)
This kind of looks like a deathmask. I would like it better with sharper edges, but I'm a pain in the ass about that.
emmamommalag (Sep 26, 2004)
This is very nice. I like version 4 best... it's much clearer and more 'in focus."
Destervetha (Sep 27, 2004)
I actually sort of like the first version best, it's very interesting. But the last version is very good, I don't see any messed up shadows, but I could be clearer on that point if I knew where the light source was coming from exactly.

First picture using any applet. Don't really know what I'm doing. It's a three-eyed mummy fiend.

*Edit: Finished. Thanks to whichever moderator beat me to the punch and gave me more space. You are most likely awesome.

ohhh...he does like eating eyeballs. and hes not just some freaky being that stares and stares until his stare is so fierce that your eyes pop out of your head and stick to his like a magnet, and i slowly and painfully die because once my eyes are gone it leaves a burning sensation...kinda like when you dance. do the hustle! do do do do do do...
