No way, the bg's slapped on, the lineart is messy, that hand is crap, the chins too big, the only part that really turned out were the lips and the hair, and I wasn't putting an intermediate level of effort into it. Definitely beginner quality. Thanks you though! :D

Good plan.. I'll be watchin how this progresses..got the line-art partially finished
Anyone got ne' ideas for how I can shade the skin to where it looks okay.. in shi-painter >>, and maybe make the lineart kinda dissapear but still resemble the features of the face.

Hm, I think the skin looks pretty good. My best quick advice on shi-painter is that the pen tool is your friend for lineart and the airbrush tool is your friend for shading. :D |
