This horse is just soooo "awesome"....I wish he were mine!! He looks sooo "spirited"......and I love his color....and his name (Red Wind) certainly "fits him"!! Ohhhh...I want this horse!!! "LOL"!! |

this is very beautiful. The lighting, the style, the technique are reminiscent of Vermeer or one of the Renaissance artists. Exquisitly done!I am not sure I get it either Dave, but I know I am way better at copying or having a model or something to look at than I am making the entire pic up in my own brain.

I am also of indian decent, Blackfoot and Cherokee. I adore this picture. I have always wanted to try an old indian cheif....there is no way I could follow this. Your style is wonderful...it looks just like an oil painting. Bravo!!

so very very pretty. i miss the sunsets. when we lived on the lake our main focus of the lake view was facing directly west. we would get the most amazing sunsets. sometimes the moon would shine off of the lake so brightly and shine in our bedroom window and it would awake me in the middle of the night. |
