^_^ go green day! lol, I did a picture once like that (but it was actually on paper and stuff >_<) tho it was probabaly cuz i had just gone to a Green Day concert... anybody who says green day isn't an awsome band should go to one of their concerts o_o it... kicked... ass...

Hahahahaha!!! Pikachu's gone mad! I want to hug him, but I'm afraid he'll blow my head off. "You know you want tooo...pull the trigger, pull the triggger...and your head'll go boom...boom, boom, boom-boom!" The gun looks a little mishapen but besides that, it's awesome. I'm guessing pikachu is on a train. (^.^)b

I think all you have to do with rain is make the background kind of grainy, then add lines in the foreground. Also it should be more cloudy. Still looks good.
