I think this would have been better if just a tad bit of the eye corner was visible ..its pretty good as far as looking like a tear..but not having a reference makes it a bit ambiguous..nice work though..

i like it without the eye showing. it could be on the cheek or dripping on someone else. nothings worse than feeling lonely when you're not alone. it could use one small shadow at the base to add fullness.

heh..just playing around..today meh bro tuaght meh how to draw 'dolls'.. *see picture* they look kinda like that..i was trying to atemped a pking doll..but as you can see..it didnt work..but i do like this picture..it turend out pretty good.

Well... I gave Lascaux a chance... well... I tried to draw a picture of myself... and a fox spirit... didn't work out... it looks sooo crappy!!

i honestly dont understand why everyone has such a big problem with lascaux...haha, as a matter of fact, thats the only one i can figure out how to use decently...ok yea. anyway. its not bad there. maybe a little more shading. but nice!

No worries Espeon, I think Marcello is just a little sore that people keep talking about how hard to use it is. Persnally, I like the ups and dows of Both Programs n.n The way you can ajust the darkness with the bar at the bottom kept me amused for hours! *ahem* but anyway I like the proportioning on this one! Alot more accurate then some other ones, and I like the positiong to! |

do you think that i'm ready for intermediate? i can't tell 'cause i've seen some really good stuff in beginner, but yet, i've seen really bad stuff in intermediate. don't judge my art by this pic...please. look at my other pics and then tell me. or judge me by this if you think it's intermediate stuff. PLEASE! i need to know!

Anatomy is the study of the human body, its proportions, and how it works. To study anatomy, you can read books on the subject (there are plenty of them out there, most of which have drawing exercises to help you improve), take a drawing class that emphasizes drawing the figure, or, quite simply, observe and draw others to see how the body looks in verious poses, in rest, in motion. It's all about practice.And, hey, no need to feel like an idiot... the human body is probably the hardest thing to draw, and most everyone has trouble with it at some point. (Anatomy can also be for potential doctors and nurses, but those classes are generally fairly different from the classes taken by artists. O_o )

I am going to be honest and say I don't think you're ready for intermediete. I barely am, myself. But you have improved, that is true. Plus there is no hurry to be intermediete or anything else, art is about fun not skill level, imho.Mazi's awesome tutorial list.
