This is okay. It's done mostly with fill tool, lines and those bendy lines and circles that you just put on. Don't use the fill tool if it's not a cartoon because it looks a little messy and not realistic (due to lack of shading I don't think this is meant to be realistic).
Other than that this is okay.

Since you asked.
This is well done and cool I like the background and the movement especially that of the music player thing. Also the expression is nice.
It's good but a little unoriginal, I've seen a few that although don't have music, have the same style in people and lines around the people as so on.
But mainly this is good :)

The hair is lovely! The face is good but the big eye catcher is the hair.

I knew when I glanced at this from the thumnail on the home page, that this was yours even before I saw the name! Your work is always bright and cheerful! I just knew it! love the soft airiness of this flower! I hope you stay and make this your new place to hang your hat and brushes, lol! This is really pretty. Kind of weird, I am new to sk fu and you guys are new here. I must admit you will probably get along here better than I. Not to say I don't like it here, I really do. It kind of scares me a little though. I guess I just should not read a lot of the comments and look at the art. Ha Ha. It takes a really good artist or really thick skin. And I am neither of the above. I come and draw every now and then and look at the fine art. But until I gain better skills on the computer art stuff I don't do a lot of drawing here.
