My first anime drawing...all drawn freehand so that's why its bad. many bad things i can say about it, but i love the swirly thing in the sun and it's my first happy picture!

COOL Swirly-thing! a suggestion is to use the brightening tool to make it brighter by the sun, and on part of her head.

It's in the lower section of tools, the one that looks like a little black blob with a line coming from it. (BTW- the burn tool, the one next to it that looks like a little fist, is AWESOME. I don't know how to use it very well, but I still love it.)

supposed to be Pennywise from the Stephen King movie & book "It" when I think of him i think of storms and bad stuff so that's where the lightning and grey cloud come in. he's supposed to be holding a water balloon with some poisonous stuff in it....dunno what though...
