ok.. wow. i looked at this.. i even watched the animation... how did you do those dots? i like tried everything.. i love it! lol nice. plz tell!
did you use the tones? it can't be, they're too big, your dots are so lil! lol plz tell me you didn't do those by hand..

edit.. lol after 1/2 hr of looking at help, i found out about that Dissolving level slider .. lol. i knew you used the spray thing, i didn't know how you made the dots. that's awesome! keep using that technique. it works for you. *nods

ooo.... prettie....i think the lineart and colouring are all great! ^^ oekakicentral does have really high standards, but it's nice to learn from.

odd... I do like the eyes, though. I've never understood why anime draws the hair right through the eyes and eyebrows. instead of over it...

it's not bad, i like it a lot. I should have filled you in more, however. If you've ever seen graphics for games like Legend of Mana or Saga Frontier 2, THAT"S more of the style needed. Also, maybe 'background' isn't an accurate enough term to describe the scenes. It's actually supposed to be areas that a 50x80 pixel sprite could walk around in. In other words, if you check the link I gave in the example back on my original message board, you'll see that a small character image could actually walk around in that area and look relatively natural. once again, this looks great, but it is the totally perspective. besides that, it would need to have line art defining everything. if the panoramas were simply color on color, i wouldn't need so much extra help. :)
