This is my first attempt ever at using applet programs to draw. This is supposed to remotely resemble the singer, Marilyn Manson...

Hey there long lost twin. How have things been going? :PIt's looking pretty good. I think the lines for the nose may be a little too thick though, and maybe there should be shine on the lips? The shading was done pretty well. I like the colors. And I think the nose maybe be affecting it because real noses don't look *exactly* like that. But great attempt for a first time. Do you listen to MM? I really dislike his music. I hate it when the radio station plays his cover of Personal Jesus by Depeche Mode. :( Well, see you around 2Draw! Welcome. Ah, I had not realized that someone else had used a variation of "Pendragon" for their username. I apologize for any annoyance! Yes, the name is from King Arthur. Since you mentioned it, I assume you chose for the same reasons? ^_^ I'm getting really off-topic, but I love the Arthurian myths etc. Heh...Thanks for your tips... the mouth does look rather flat and the nose is.... -_- Oh, and I do listen to MM. Haha... though it seems many people on this board don't like him too much, I rather like his music though not the fact that he does odd things in his concerts. -_- Thanks to some helpful advice from p3ndragon, I re-did the nose... it's slightly off, but I think it looks more like a nose than it did before. Gaah... I have discovered just how difficult paint applets are... ~_~

the hair and the shaped of the head are bothering me a little bit...otherwise, this is really good. I really like the shading and the way you did the tree and the bg. can't wait to see it done!! ^.^ I have no idea...

You need to work a bit on your drawing skills if you want to move up to intermediate... but it's pretty good! :D
