I realized this was a quickie but I liked the ambiance of it. Kind of a spectre on little outcropping guiding the ships away from the rocks. :P Liked the play on the lights and all. Plus hadn't drawn in awhile (okay a few days) and wanted to do something but need to go to bed for now.

I'm in love with the hair, not sure why XD
Eyes should probably be a little further apart though... little more shading on the skin? maybe just like, under the hat, nose, and on the neck?

A little too blurry, but other than that, its pretty good. :)

I usually see people shad with circles and it looks dumb, but these look like they're light around the rim and look cool. You should experiment with them some more. The redish brown, almost purple in that shirt looks real cool.

I agree kejoco, the Jim Carey Grinch was very disappointing to me, as well as the cat in the hat movie, which I actually walked out on.

Yea..Carey was born to play the Grinch, but, as usual, he overdid the part and ruined it. The orignal cartoon with Boris Karloff's narration was the best.. Max is the best...

i lov the cartoon version i watch it every year ^^ along with A Christmas Story, but anywho. this is so cute, max is adorable :P

davincipoppalag: Took the words right out of my mouth. Carey way overdid his acting, although I guess he at least looked the part. The cartoon movie owns. :9

Anyways, I really like the colors, especially the background. Nice expression too, he looks so goofy. :)
