Some horses have shorter heads than others.Some have fat heads,some have thin heads,some have long or short heads.You never know how a horse in gonna turn out.Oh yah and what is a midget horse,do you mean shetland pony?

Drs, its the bred that they use as "Guide Horses", whatever that might be. :)
