This is my first OC, Sora. She's sort of like a character to represent me.Sora is 13 years old (although I'm older than that) and her two older brothers are Oliver and Article. She's an ermine (a short-tailed weasel), so that's why she has those ears and a tail. Whee. Taking a break from pokemon cards. I have too many. lawl. See-through scarf. ^^

This is Oliver, the next OC of mine. Oliver is Sora's older brother. He's 14 years old, and like Sora, is an ermine. I created him when I was in 8th grade, when I started watching the food network a lot. His name Oliver sounds like Olive, so that's why he has olive green hair and reddish-orange eyes (sort of like... spanish olives?). Oliver's a total bibliophile, and spends all of his time in his room or in the library reading books. He spends so much time by himself that he doesn't really have any friends, nor does he really talk to other people. ^^; Lawls, this is the first picture I ever drew of him.

I really hope you'll keep drawing once you're all growed up. Will check in a minute your exact age, but if I'm not mistaken it was much older than 14, right?! Edit: yup I was right, 14... I admire your eye for the softer colors and smooth lines. :D

This is my charactor. Her name's Emilija (E-Meel-E-Uh)I already drew her on the intermediate board. (On accident!) So what do you think? I made it look like she had some shadeing. Im not very good at that yet. Ill keep trying even harder now that I know I cant do it that well :]

Definitely a good start. Aside from the backwards hand, your anatomy is actually fairly well done. I look forward to seeing more from you. :]

Well that hand is very backward and it would hurt. Oekaki Shi has the horizontal, vertical, and rotate tools so if you go back and use those tools and reversed this you could fix it no problem. And for smoother and less jagged lines try the airbrush or watercolor tools, either applied thick then going back with the soft erasure or thin. It's much cleaner too. Good picture though. |
