i love the perspective on this and the detail :)
Only thing i noticed is that the flag pole is crooked, maybe it was intentional though. Really love this, hope to see more :D

I like it much. The contrasting colours between the red and the green are nice, and her skin tone is just about perfect for a redhead. However, I'd suggest some smoother shading on the hair - it looks like you rushed it a little and used too much of the blur tool towards the underside of her jaw. Also, her nearest eye to the viewer is a bit big and a little bit funny-shaped, but that's a little more of a minute thing. :) This is really a great start. With a little tweaking it'll be just terrific. Keep up the good work.
