PS (Oct 19, 2007)
I agree, the colors in this are really great. Nice work.
SoraItachi (Oct 19, 2007)
This is so adorable. It'd look really nice as a binder or notebook cover or something for school.
NOVEMBER93 (Oct 19, 2007)
I like this. A lot. I would buy a bag with this on it
Sweetcell (Oct 21, 2007)
I never commented? Hate when that happens.I want this on a pillow, maybe with pink fringe around. Or a shirt would be nice. I'm envious of people who have mastered solids. It's harder than most think. Paint BBS? Really? Wow. |

Sweetcell (Oct 21, 2007)
This ones interesting. Looks like ink laid out on oil.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Oct 21, 2007)
I suppose you could say that, although the spelling is different and you can leave out the "medi" completely:o·cher or o·chre (?'k?r) Pronunciation Key n. Any of several earthy mineral oxides of iron occurring in yellow, brown, or red and used as pigments. A moderate orange yellow, from moderate or deep orange to moderate or strong yellow. Nothing he paints is "medi"ocre.

There goes my chains, did you see them falling?There goes this feeling that has no meaning. There goes the world off of my shoulders. There goes the world off of my back.

incredible Paul.

Very well done. :}

beautiful work :)
clover_pocky (Oct 18, 2007)
Quasimodo has been my theme this semester.I love this. Sorry I hadn't mentioned early. Your shading is terrific. I would quibble on the hand position, but I am a pianist, and it's close enough. :) |

That's a perfect illustration of that feeling..for sure
sincity (Oct 17, 2007)
something about it reminds me of zep. Kinda sorta anyway. Which of course means I like it. :}

Hate it when that happens. Cute illustration style.

I drew over and over this while listening to John Williams, it was kind of therapeutic. Something about theatrical scores makes me feel at ease, they have emotional substance but it's all very over the top and doesn't really affect me.
davincipoppalag (Oct 17, 2007)
This is the most relaxed ghoul-thing you've done, clearly the music was soothing.
zombii (Oct 17, 2007)

I love the hair.
emmamommalag (Oct 19, 2007)
This is wonderful, Lori. I love those eyes. Hope you'll be feeling a lot better soon.
PS (Oct 19, 2007)
Making the background lighter was a good idea, it works alot better. This is really nice work for one and a half hours. I'd like to see what you could do if you spent 5 or so hours on something. Hopefully you'll feel better soon so you can try somthing like that.
lori (Oct 19, 2007)
thanks you guys.. I don't know what to do to feel better - the other day a supposed Lyme specialist told me he doesn't think I have Lyme disease, this is after being told for 6 months by my regular dr. that I do and having positive test results 3 times and taking tons of antibiotics that made me nauseous every day.. so I don't know what to think anymore, just know I always hurt all over - Thinking about trying a chiropractor.PS- I can't imagine spending 5 hours on a drawing, never have the whole time I've used 2draw, my patience just wears too thin. Usually after 1 version, I never even wanna go back to it. I would like to be able to though. |
