Music seems to be a prevalent element in my art. Hm.

Well, you cought Marrow dancing. He likes to put on his headphones and dance like a fool when he's alone, but he's too shy and insecure to do so in front of anyone else. He goes to clubs with friends but never goes out onto the floor.

Well, what's the point of feedback if you don't get anything from it? Personally, Even ONE precise comment ("Like your coloring" or whatever) is infinitly more satisfying than 1000 "Tha's nice" comments. I know it's nice. I wanna know why.

As for my style... How much more vague can you get? Might as well say "I like the cut of your jib."

Ok, you want a critique? Here we go..
The character design is weak, it is sloppy and unpolished. If you really want to define the character do a few detail sketches of body parts, such as the face. Your "style" needs to be defined more.. I mean is your character floating in space or standing? Space is very important in placing the whole scene.
What IS good about it though is that you have a form and an idea, and I'm sure in your mind it is alot clearer.
Just keep practicing man, practice makes perfect. Don't let the shit that I say get to you. Take it as constructive criticism
I don't mean to judge it too much, and art is art, if you mean it to be a sketch then forget what I say. Keep practicing on human form, like how a person stands and the movement of legs and arms. I know my stuff isnt perfect and need to work on it alot more.. ok, i'll stop now.

Good idea, but the lineart is a tad bit messy.... if you cleaned it up a tad bit and added more shadows and color to the picture, and a better background it would be awesome.

Or not. Still refining the technique, but this one is the best yet. The curves are real F~ers, tho...

One of these days, I'll draw one of these without requireing 8/9ths of the area for scratch.

EEE! I like it a lot!!! I love when people take the time and make a nice background and even add some extra people/characters/animals/whatever in their pictures! Just one suggestion though, you should take the Blur tool and blur in the highlighting. Maybe the shading too but I really think you should do it to the highlighting, like on the armor. It looks unnatural kinda..

I think you should go and make the background like a jungle green color then put all these flowers and leaves and make it kind of like a jungle themed dance! =P Or hawaiian.. ish... =]

Am I looking at a black and blue medallion on a gray table, or through a blue window in a gray wall at the night byond?

I do not reccomend drawing these with a tablet. Ack, I missed three corners... It's 3:30 AM, I'm going to sleep

Anyone else know how to do these knot thigns?

Yah you should! I see the three corners you missed but you can always go back and fix them. It's not that big a deal, you don't really notice it unless you say something. =] Cute!
