The greatest man that ever lived
Axil62
(Sep 13, 2004)
Greatest hits.
Axil62 (Sep 14, 2004)
The ref was an Iraqi man in a ruined museum. I wasn't as interested in that fact as I was in finding a ref that I could use to convey despair. So it doesn't really matter who it is, it's about what it is, it could be anyone.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Sep 14, 2004)
You did a wonderful job of depicting desperation. This does just that.
Higakitakiko (Jul 19, 2007)
It kinda reminds me of the twighlight zone...I KNOW they had to have an episode like this...
shell (Mar 3, 2011)

I miss the stripper boobies...Nice n round like grapefruits...naturally delicious
Aubrey (Sep 15, 2004)
Neat picture Axil. It does look more natural now than in the first version. It's not the end of a heroic adventure, but, rather a new beginning! lol Good job anyhoo :)
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Oct 9, 2004)
That better be a layer you can take off. What is wrong with these people?
shell (Mar 3, 2011)

Axil62 (Sep 11, 2004)
Son of a bitch...I I left a whole section unfinished...mother nature is gonna be pissed.
spiritdweller (Sep 11, 2004)
true, mother nature is very unforgiving... but I think this looks great, Dan ;)
jayceepearl (Sep 13, 2004)

Aubrey (Aug 24, 2004)
That's great. I agree, it's really neat seeing how everyone's drawing the same photo.
Xodiak (Sep 10, 2004)
Fantastic work Axil! >:D|XOD|
damnskippytakn-a-break (Sep 10, 2004)

Hey look! I'm making a thing!
davincipoppalag (edited Sep 9, 2004)
It's an interesting and colorful thing, with it's own shadow. It kind of looks like a Leroi Neimann picture of a stunt skier doing an aerial.
Aubrey (Sep 9, 2004)
Yeah that's what I thought too Poppa. It's purdy anyhoo whatever it is.
Nightmare (Sep 10, 2004)
I't looks like a idoit trying out some paper-wings and jumping off a building...
shell (Mar 3, 2011)
took me a while but then I was like "oh it's an angel" |

This is a drawing named 6.
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Sep 10, 2004)
That room needs a door, so he can walk out of there.
davincipoppalag (Sep 10, 2004)
I see a rectangular pimple starting to ooze at the corner
Aubrey (Sep 11, 2004)
How gross Poppa lol :) This is a cool picture but it'd be freaky to be the lil kid standing in a grave.
shell (Mar 3, 2011)
6 scatches on the wall 6 feet underground 6 sides to a box. dunno what the 6 really means but I like this |

Could this be the elusive Mr. Marcello?
Aubrey (Sep 9, 2004)
Looks like a take-off from "Where's Waldo?" lol Nice picture.
marcello (edited Sep 9, 2004)
well I took every single photo from that album except the one with me in it (for obvious reasons) p.s. my shadow is in that photo. :-)
davincipoppalag (Sep 9, 2004)
That proves it! Marcello IS the Sockbunny!!!!
shell (Mar 3, 2011)

"The hand is thought of as the slave of action. But the slaveof action is the master of expression." ~The Book of A Hundred Hands~
Aubrey (Sep 9, 2004)
lol you guys. This is another great one Axil :)
Pence (Sep 9, 2004)
your hands are beautiful. Hands are hard to draw.
Childlike_Vampire (Sep 9, 2004)
I am envious of your talent with hands. Also that is a really cool quote that I found quite inspiring. I like the red sketch lines and the messy coloring. ^__^

"The joints of the fingers are built like shallowsaddle joints; that is, one reaches up on the sides, the other reaches down on the front and back. In every case it is the more distant bone that turns on the convex end of the nearer bone, leaving the end of the latter exposed in flextion." ~The Book of A Hundred Hands~
kejoco (edited Sep 8, 2004)
"They call'em fingers but i've never seen them fing"-otto-
davincipoppalag (Sep 9, 2004)
Always nice to show a hand with a joint.. at least it was back in college..
Aubrey (Sep 9, 2004)
Very nice fingers Axil. The way the hands are positioned is so neat.
shell (Mar 3, 2011)
this reminds me I've yet to finish the fingers in my pears drawing |
