With oekaki I hear halftone, but it's more of a floyd-steinberg (or simply, pattern) dither shading technique. Take your pick ;-)

I think it's fairly good, my only problem is with the girl's face, riht under the ear, looks too empty, leaving something to be desired, so it might be a good idea to add a few strands of hair running down there. |
