This is so amazing. You art reminds me of the art of a guy i know, his name is Dave. Except, you're as good as he might get if he drew for another ten years. (And since we did not begin by trying to insult Dave . . .) It's really, really good. How do you people make your lines look so much like they were on paper? Did you use a tablet?

Happy 5-Month Oekaki-Ing Anniversary to MEEE!!!
Yep, this very day marks the 5 moths spot since I first starting Oekaki-ing. It has felt like forever.
Thankyou to everyone here, and even though this isn't my first oekaki board I went to, it just so happens to be the best. ^_^
Again, thanks. Especially to all the nice users and Marcello, since he made the site. XD
And this is a pic of Sakai. He only has one other pic here. This one has his true hairstyle, and also, better lineart and more detailed coloring.

Oekaki-ing has left a permanent mark on me.
My hand makes cracking noises on randome occasions. About 12 times an hour... o_o
Maybe it's cause of my mouse. Bah, who needs tablets!?! Not me. Pfeh. I like my mouse just fine.

I like the lineart around his hair, whatever you did for it you should try for the rest of the lineart.

Oh? I just used lotsa Beziers for the long spikes, and two beziers for the small ones...

hey ya, it occurs to me, i always wanted to know how on earth other people were doing their drawings when i first started out here. maybe i can help some newbies now, so they can be excellent 2draw-ers way faster than my excrutiating trial and error method. here we go:
this is for oekaki. first i make 2 more layers so there's 3 in total. to do this go to the square icon on the high left and click on the little page symbol. next select the top layer, then ia start sketchin' on it. i use freehand pencil in any color, but i'm sure paint brush or spray can would be fine too. when you're done the sketch, select the middle layer. start coloring. i generally use spray can, then do highlights with other colors or the lightening and darkening tools (pinching hand and small black circle icons). once you've colored you're main sketch, select the bottom layer. do your background, go crazy, or whatever. you're done now... submit and admire ^_~
i hope this helps, if not, ignore my inane ramblings...
