Yeah, I'm so used to cartooning on these boards, but now I'm addicted to realism for some reason.
Knockoff (Jun 20, 2005)
Hey, that's not a bad thing at all. Just keep posting really shnazzy pictures. ;)

Looks like Joan of Arc to me. Those eyes are pretty intense. The background is beautiful.
Cordelia_Pink (Jun 21, 2005)
Whoa this is a lot better looking now. I like how her eyes really stand out from the rest of the picture, they're very vivid in color. I would also say "Joan of Arc", though she does look more like she's worried than Joan of Arc. lol She has a very determined look rather than keeping her cool but whatever.
nekodesu (Jun 21, 2005)
yay! It's finished! And it's beautiful. I just love your bg's.
Anna (Jun 23, 2005)
I find this very beautiful. Wonderful work, Chosen! I especially love her eyes and mouth!

This is a cool piece, interesting style. I totally feel for ya on the applet problem, I've been having many myself with the larger pieces. It's pissing me off but hey, it's all for fun.

It was probably my best effot out of all the portraits, pretty lame to see it lost like that.
Gigge (Jun 23, 2005)
Aww, man. You're making me feel guilty. Your stuff is so awesome. I would have loved to see it.

Did you get a screen capture? Marcello puts those up on occassion when the program screws up, doesn't he?
Kloxboy (Jun 23, 2005)
It's so crazy, I took a screen shot of all the portraits I did so far, except for this one, what a shitty coincidence.
Gigge (Jun 23, 2005)
Yeah, it is. But, not being able to submit anything at all right now is a much bigger problem.

EverDream (Jul 22, 2004)
Yes! I'm very pleased with how this turned out. FFVII's Sephiroth looking as grusome as possible without a lot of gore. I hate it when I come across pictures of him like that. XP Referance used for lighting. :D

In the town where I was raised
Clock ticks and the cattle graze
Time passed with Amazing Grace
Back where I come from

You can lie on a river bank
Paint your name on a water tank
Miscount all the beers you drank
Back where I come from

Back where I come from
Where I'll be when it's said and done
Well, I'm proud as anyone
That's where I come from

We learned in Sunday school, who made the sun shine through
know who made the moon shine, too
Back where I come from

Blue eyes on a Saturday night
Tan legs in the broad daylight
TV's, they were black and white
Back where I come from....

I wanted to post this to the intermediate board.*sighs* what’s done is done -_-

A wind-up clown wrapped with a bow was given to a child. To her he gave the gift of laughter. She would wind him up & he would dance and play. He watched as she grew and he loved her. One day she grew up and moved far away. Then there was no one to dance for and he did not want to play. So with no one to wind him he wound down and died of a broken heart.
