Now this is amazing. The lineart is smooth and the coloring (especially the shadow) is great so far.
The hand is off and seems a little deformed but the face is perfect.

Ah, a death scene. Poor girl. That hair really is amazing, and the tone shading is nicely done.
White outline?

Sweet Cell - Yeah, the hand isn't centered with the wrist... Oh, the white is the chalk that outlines a dead body. The coroner's probably about to take her away. :)
