The position of the eyes kinda bug me, either that or just how the face is shaped, so it kinda looks like the eyes are sorta shifted a tad more to the right side of the face.
Then again, what do I know about anime?

Everything looks so detail-tastic! The only things I see that you could work on are maybe the hand and the eye (which people have already pointed out)...I think mainly the hand. I love the details on the clothes. :D

Finished up well. The corset and the skirt (though who wears a baseball cap with a skirt?) The arms a little short but the coloring is well done.
