Looks great as it is, but if you wanted to make it look "wetter" you could use some lighter highlights.
you could probably use some highlights which are almost white on the tongue and some complete white highlights on the teeth
just my suggestion...but what do i know, i'm drunk

I think the tongue and teeth should be a bit sharper, and the lips, a little softer-particularly the top lip.
