I have held the hearts of whitetail deer ... (Looking for the broadhead cut from my arrow) and one of a hog (which is supposedly alot like the human heart) but have never seen a human heart. I do believe this is anatomically correct, and you did a good job of making it look muscular and kind of shiny. Strang subject for a drawing... are you in med school or something?
hehe, it was a request, and the time i held a human heart, i went and saw a cadaver at sort of a high school fieldtrip which wasn't really as interesting as i thought it'd be, it was pretty old and had already been used several times before, i guess i was expecting to see something more "fresh", but then that'd probably be pretty graphic, and then we'd have people passing out left and right, (one girl did)
Well, fresh ones (animal ones, anyway.. just look like red muscular meat.. kind of purpley bluish and they were covered with blood because I had put a hole in it w/ something... pretty gross to some ppl but doesn't bother me. I would think the old "handled" heart would be yucky. Eww. Who wanted you to draw a heart?
someone from deviantart.com, im sort of taking requests on that site, not many people asking for anything though
so you shot it directly in the heart? that's a good shot...
the heart i held, it was like greyish and brown, no blood of course, just sitting in preservatives for a long time
Yea ..you can't beat this... (sorry..it begged to be said). Cindy adheres to that old custom of grabbing the heart of the fresh killed game and takin a big ole hoffin bite of it (the hunters always get the prime meat)
