I really liked this anime, and this is a great drawing; I really like this drawing... my eye noticed the firefly in the foreground's glow to be a bit too solid

Pretty faithful to the original, but I have to say that is the most depressing movie ever. I haven't watched it more than once because when you do it pretty much ruins the rest of your day.

i would agree.

i still want to know how you can get perfectly smooth line art. is there a technique? a tool? what? for instance Xodiac..i have studied..zoomed in and yet i cant figure it out..just a really steady hand? anti-aliasing? lots of small strokes with careful erasing?

you have to use a 420 grit sandpaper..then seal it and put a base coat of polyurethane varnish...

I wish I would, but I'm too impatient for downloading...which is kinda sad seeing as I have a DSL connection...I shall someday perhaps, but knowing me, it'll be a long time
