I know he doesn't look exactly like Nigel havers but for some reason thats who I thought of.

I kept seeing Scott Baccula while I was drawing it. And every time I worked on the nose, I'd see Daniel Day Lewis. I can see the Nigel Havers, though, for sure.

It's a mish mash of Nigel havers, Scott Baccula and Jeff Goldblum.

I agree with you "MissDj".....if you are referring to the movie "Samson and Delilah".....where Victor Mature played the part of Samson.....this pic really does look like him.....:)

It's kinda Samson Iconographic imagery I guess. :-) Zep was here but I don't think he saw it. I wonder what he would have to say about being Samsonized.

I think he'd be pleased someone thinks he's this good looking.

I guessed it to be Deino, but I think that's because I've seen a picture of him somewhere.

Thanks all for your kind words. I'm entirely astonished that I placed in this contest, there were so many great entries. Lori, why would you be 'sorry' that Zep looks better than I imagine him to look? Besides loving Zep's work I wanted to draw a picture manifesting my mental image of a perceived personality--generous, kind, beneficent...one who would never go out of his way to say something mean-spirited to another artist. From the way he has always presented himself here, that's how I imagine him.
