and then he will poop and pee all over your head, anyway Axil and Flubble, how did you get a bee up yours? Did all those comments about the folded napkin upset you ?
Well yeah, after talking to these people awhile they become friends. Or people you hate with all your guts but you stick around because of the awesome applets you can draw with :/ Anyway, the dog reminds me of my dog Ramses. Only, Ramses is more scruffy looking ^.^ Nice drawing though.
I hope that "charlie" pees and poops all over axil and flubadub....."lolzzzzzzz"!!! Bubbles....I like that name "Ramses" for your dog.....isn't that an Egyptian Pharoah.....who is a mummy??
I remember once my grandad was going to kill a newborn lamb on his farm because it was too small and was being bullied by the other lamb and they wouldn't let it suckle, so i hand reared it until it was strong enough to fend for itself.
"Flubadub" had a little lamb......it's fleece was white as snow.....and everywhere that "flubadub' went.....the lamb was sure to gooooo...."lolz"!! I think that was nice of you to raise that little lamb flubadub.....I hope you didn't make lamb chops out of it, when it got bigger....:P
living around a farm is great, all your food is fresh, we milked our own cow for fresh milk daily, had fresh eggs and there is nothing better than freshly picked corn and peaches ripe and warm off the tree
We didn't live on a farm, but when I was a kid, we lived sortof in the country, and had enough ground where we could have a big vegetable garden. We had one of our neighbors who owned a big tractor, come down to our place every year to plow out the land that we wanted to use as our garden. We had all kinds of fresh vegetables.....I remember on our tomato plants I would see these big green worms with white spikey things on them.....that's the first time I ever saw tomato worms...."lol"! We had fresh corn, green beans, beets, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, green peppers, and more. We had a peach tree too, and a cherry tree, and an apple tree, and pretty snowball bushes, and a big pussy willow tree.....we had a nice place when we were kids....it was fun growing up there. My aunt who lived up the driveway from us had a big chicken coop and lots of chickens.....so they always had fresh eggs every day....
he follows me everywhere and lays down right where I want to step, his favorite food is snow peas and our parrot drops them so charlie can get at them, he also likes apples, lettuce, grapes and saurkraut, the parrot calls him "silly dog" and I think the parrot is right
I seriously love this site. The people here are great, and the things people say are even greater. One of my dogs is a schnauzer, but she's fluffy as hell and looks like your drawing. I personally don't dig small dogs so much, but I have to say my dog can be pretty sweet. Nice drawing. Interesting comment convo too while I'm at it. I love reading the madness.
he tries to get the fruit and vegetables that the bird drops and the bird yells NO at him and when he barks the bird barks along with him, my daughter has one also that is a therapy dog and goes to the hospital with her and helps with the psych patients, what is your schauzers name? how many dogs do you have? I am on this site alot and enjoy it very much, I really like looking at other peoples work and like your draws
My dog's name is lucky (so original, I know). And I've got 3 dogs altogether along with 3 cats. That's really cool that your bird does that, and it's cool that your daughter's dog is used in therapy as well. And as for the site, I never used to be on here much other than to draw when I first was here a couple years ago, but now I really am an addict. lol. I love it here. Your draws are nice too, you have a very distinct style.
I wish I could expand my style, I like impressionism, I tried to do something different and drew one of my dtr hiding in fear and no one liked it so I deleted it other artists can draw "dark" ones and they get a positive response, my hands are not steady enough to do the realism that flubbles does so anyway I would appreciate any suggestions you may have, I really am an addict as well and spend alot of time daily on the computer
I think you've gotten remarkably better since you've joined the site. I suggest you just keep practicing and draw more and more. If you'd like to expand your style, you can study the work of others, carefully analyze how they draw things, the brush strokes, the use of light, the color scheme, everything. Start out slow with easier types of paintings to try and work from. I've learned that if you start with hard pieces as references, no matter how determined you are, unless you've got the needed amount of skill, there's a good chance you'll just end up real unhappy and frustrated with your result. At least that's what happens to me. Challenging yourself can be good though. You could research some different styles of art, and do a painting for each. I should do that myself, I'd like to improve my work as well and work more out of my comfort zone. Like I said before though, you're improving quite a lot by the day, so I'm sure you've achieve your goals of expanding your style. =)
