damn, what's your problem? I ALWAYS put effort in my art, just have a fckng look at my gallery or check my devart and you'll see that make a lot of great art.

Less "effing" and more effort I'd say. Your gallery is not filled with effort and your devart, well, where is it? Just read the rules, they are there for a reason.

Sweet kitty, it is not obvious that you use the same name here as to there. Many people use different screennames everywhere. I saw little drawings and many pictures in your devart. Just read the rules in future on where to post.

It is mainly the little time people take and then post it in advanced, bumping piccies that took a lot of time and effort to the next page.
Since mods are not around all day, some feel they need to speak up. Especially when a lot of 20minutes and less drawings are pumped on the board.

Anna: If the main point is: 12 minute drawings are fine, this one is even very nice for a 12 minute drawing. But the advanced board is to show off all your skills and if you want to sketch, use the intermediate/beginners board, why would I have to give tips? The rules are clearly there for a reason, otherwise, why have the timelimitations on a board in the first place? Then get rid of the boards and let everybody post whatever where ever they want. Finally, I'm the last person to think I'm the queens bee of art... lol

You know what? I clearly remember a drawing that YOU made where you got all bent out of shape because people simply said it wasn't advanced and were rude. Your main problem with it was that they weren't giving you anything helpful on how to improve it.. they were just making rude, useless comments. So now you're singing a different tune, "Why would I have to give tips?" Okay then. Don't complain next time when someone says something that you don't like about your "Advanced" drawing. I just had to point that out because you're being really contradicting.

I agree that this ISN'T advanced. But I'm sure you can be a be a bit more helpful than simply belittling her art. That's all I have to say.

Anna, let me elaborate, there is no way I can explain on how to make this drawing better, I like it as is. My main point was that it didn't take the required time for advanced.
My other objection was the rudeness. For some odd reason I (still) have a thing against online cussing and namecalling.
And again I'm sorry about saying that your gallery showed little effort. Just had a good look at your drawings on DA, and they are very nice.

Okay, well that right there ("I like it as is") seemed to be left out of your 1st comment when you jumped on the bandwagon with Sweetcell. If you had stated those entire 2 sentences I think that would have been more helpful to her.

I'm sure it would have, the big issue with just plain text that after you type it is there bluntly without a smile or a nod or anything else to indicate an underlying message. Most people tend not to be terrific mind readers. Should've said immediately about the time and that I like the drawing in itself.
So, let me remove my foot out of my mouth and in future think more before I type.

i like brussel sprouts, and you can all kiss my ring! lol joking :p Id say van goghs sunflowers were only intermediate but that paintings worth millians! I think the 3 galleries should be called 1 2 and 3 because some quick sketchy drawings can also be advanced. The galleries should be judged on time spent, so the more effert you put in the longer they stay on the board.
