nice teddy bear, and my favourite part is the hand print. Anyways, if I were to do the ghost thing, I would just get an off-white color and paint the ghost in a low opacity on a different layer so you can see through it. Otherwise if you want to keep it more or less like the one you have, then I would just refine some of those rough, pixelated edges, they don't really fit the rest of the drawing. But you don't have to listen to me at all, its your drawing after all and its already pretty good the way it is... that one eyed teddy bear is especially creepy.
