I rarely buy anything online, so not counting e-tickets for my last trip (which I didn't do any of the arranging for myself) the last thing I bought was ev nova. It's a fun little space trading/combat game where you buy a ship, upgrade it with weapons, fight space pirates and other enemies, save up to buy better ships, save the galaxy (or conquer it, if you dare), etc.

the demo for it is actually very large and can be played for many, many hours if you want to try it. There's enough content in the demo that you could play it a couple hours a day for day after day, assuming you have no friends or life away from the computer, until most of the way through the 30 day free trial without running out of things to do.

Last thing I bought was my wii console for SSBB :-/.

And Mai: You must play me ASAP. I'm waiting :P...

It just seemed odd to me is all. This thread wasn't directed towards promoting your own work, just telling others what your last purchase was. Even if R's last purchase was his own book, wouldn't the money just go to him? Maybe he's just being honest and I'm being an ass. :D

Enjoy - I have a Dutch passport and I live in Amsterdam. But I grew up in South Africa and write in English. The Dutch translation of my book is scheduled for publication in August - and I mean that in wholly non-promotional manner.
Mooki - I only buy bullets. I borrow guns. So I'm not quite sure of the going rate.

And you may buy bullets, don't use them, they hurt when used them with a gun. Or so I have been told.
