so I trip myself up sometimes, it's prob'ly the worst thing I do.... I change my patterns, the way I eat, or how early I go to sleep... like lately, I've been eating alot of brain food, like tuna on soft taco rolls, and scrod and even some shrimp around Christmas time... Change isn't easy for many, especially large changes... sometimes the smallest ones though, can make the biggest difference... Like I'll just move around all the furniture in my bedroom to feel like I have a new place, etc... stuff like that..... I gotta watch it though, or I trip and fall flat on my face so to speak
