Oh, wow. I love the lips here, though her scar oddly reminds me of the clown from the book 'It.' o.o That book scared me. But I love this picture! Great shading too, and to keep myself from rambling more, good job!

And now I'm gonna critique you. XP The nose. The side of the nose does not cover the nostril. Think about it. [edt]: People. That is makeup. Not a scar. Maaakeup. If you've seen The Crow, you'd know that. XP And he's much hotter than a clown will EVER be.
