yea the feeling is really nicely captured, i say just a little bit more work on the city ( since the water and the sky are so captivating) would make a nice ending, yet this remains your choice. maybe add darker shades and highlights in the city to add volume and depth

Tried to do a sunset myself, but the water was pissing me off. This however is bootiful miss Elly.

I agree about the the skyline. It needs more darks but it's a quibble.
