the small box would only have one vanishing point because it sits parallel to the horizon. It's vanishing point should go back to the horizon centered above the small box and slightly to the right, independent of the vanishing points of the large box.
In imagination a vanishing point can be from any angle so the philosophy of the above statement is only in reality, I love a creative mind and in art it can be expressed from any angle *steps down from soap box and runs from room quickly before tomatoes are thrown*
