Thank you for your comments, it seemed a good idea at the time and also quite challenging. I'm having issues with my monitor the brightness is very low and i'm not convinced the colours are calibrated properly.In the drawing the handle of the knife was originally supposed to be in the back ground. I'll probably try to change the perspective of the knife. The Knife handle and blade are wrong. The handle appears to slope up rather than continuing along parallel. The blood flow looks wrong to me. Is it too narrow & then becomes a large puddle ??

I do agree the blood is a bit clich�. not sure i've got the knife perspective right

Ok, let's make it clear, it's apple jelly. :D
Apple looks good, needs to have a darker slash at the
entry point, more defined handle and shadow beneath
the apple, but the rest.... It's apple jelly people. This is
how you get it.

Those apples never learn, lol. If that ever happened to one of my apples, I'd have it preserved somehow in a display case, yanno, as a good story piece for when friends come over. "So, one day I cut into this apple and it bleeds all over me, isn't that wicked?"
