hehe, no he doesn't look this evil in real life... almost... but not that evil and he's not purple. He's actually quite an attractive guy, but that just adds to the "whydoyouhavetobesuchajerk" factor.
This is great, unfortunately, you submitted it today (all versions), the contest ended yesterday. I would advise you to read the rules next time, so your work will qualify next time.
What?! I just did the math and the contest bulletin was posted 13 days ago! it says 2 week contest and two weeks is 14 days... I thought i was in on time...

Arique: I just looked at the other entries, only 3 of the 5 entries qualify. This was the last contest I was to judge, I wish it would have turned out better. :/ But I'm glad you're going to enter again, you're a talented artist and it's always nice to have your work recognized.

OH man what a frickin bummer. This really rocks though, great way to combine the two. It's a great painting, I like the colors and his expression...really gets the feelings of love and hate across. I understand the competition thing, I was in choir and I loved it...I used to joke that there were four parts to our choir instead of three...Soprano, Second, Alto, and MEL. *hated Mel*
