It's so small and prettiful, I just wish it had a bg to set it off better. Or maybe a frame.

I decided Sweetcell was right and added both a frame and a background.

Oh it's so pretty now. Like a watermark on personal writing paper. Nice use with the gradient tool, and like the rustic kind of frame. :)
